DDT’s Konosuke Takeshita announces return to AEW after April 10

DDT’s Konosuke Takeshita announced he would be heading to AEW for a tour in April.
During today’s DDT event, Takeshita announced to the crowd that he would be leaving Japan for a tour in the United States after April 10. He specifically brought up that he would be going to AEW during the tour.
Take: After 4.10, I'll be going to America for a tour. Of course, it'll be at #AEW . I won't be going just to wrestle, it'll be a challenge for Konosuke Takeshita against the world. Until 4.10 please give me your support here.#ddtpro pic.twitter.com/NnuJcdCjDh

It was announced earlier this month by AEW’s vice president of talent relations Christopher Daniels that AEW and DDT had reached an agreement that would see DDT talent go to AEW.
Takeshita has previously wrestled in AEW before, appearing on AEW Dark: Elevation last April. He also appeared at AEW’s The House Always Wins house show back on April 9, where he teamed with Kenny Omega, Michael Nakazawa and The Young Bucks in a losing effort against Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo, and Rey Fenix) and Matt & Mike Sydal.
Takeshita had most recently been DDT’s KO-D Openweight Champion, but lost the title to Tetsuya Endo on March 20.
