Danhausen return vignette airs on AEW Rampage

Danhausen is making his return to AEW.

On Friday’s Rampage, a short vignette aired featuring Danhausen singing his catchphrase “very nice, very evil”. He said he was coming back soon. The vignette ended with the phrase “love that Danhausen”.

Danhausen has been out of action with a torn pectoral muscle since AEW’s Revolution pay-per-view back in March. He had teamed with Orange Cassidy on the show, losing to The Gunns in a four-way match that also involved The Acclaimed and Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett in a match that had been for the AEW Tag Team titles. The injury took place right at the finish, then The Gunns laid out Danhausen with their 3:10 to Yuma finish. 

Making his debut back in January of 2022, Danhausen first formed an association with Hook. He later formed a friendship with Best Friends and Orange Cassidy, which led to Cassidy & Danhausen teaming together.

Before going to AEW, Danhausen had also been in Ring of Honor before Tony Khan purchased the company.
