Coffin match announced for AEW Dynamite Quake by the Lake
Darby Allin and Brody King’s feud will culminate with a coffin match at AEW Dynamite Quake by the Lake.
In a bout announced on Wednesday’s Dynamite, Darby Allin will face Brody King in a coffin match at Quake by the Lake on Wednesday, August 10.
King and Allin began feuding at the July 1 Rampage, where King eliminated Allin from the inaugural Royal Rampage match. The feud continued with angles at an autograph signing on July 10, then at San Diego Comic-Con on July 24, with King attacking Allin on both occasions.
Also announced for Quake by the Lake, TBS Champion Jade Cargill has issued an open challenge for her title.
Additionally, a tornado tag team bout with The Lucha Bros facing Andrade El Idolo & Rush had been added to Quake by the Lake.
Also on Dynamite, Chris Jericho defeated Wheeler Yuta to retain his shot at the Interim AEW World title at Quake by the Lake.
