Chris Jericho vs. Wheeler Yuta announced for AEW Dynamite
Chris Jericho vs. Wheeler Yuta for a shot at the interim World title is one of four new matches set for Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
Jericho vs. Yuta was set up during a promo segment on Friday’s Rampage episode, where Jericho said that he was so confident that he could beat Yuta that he would put his August 10 title shot against interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley on the line against Yuta.
Also added to Wednesday’s show, The Acclaimed’s Max Caster and Anthony Bowens will take on Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn of the Gunn Club in a dumpster match.
In another new match announced on Friday’s Rampage, Orange Cassidy will take on Jay Lethal on Dynamite.
After turning on Ricky Starks on this week’s Dynamite, Powerhouse Hobbs will be in action on Wednesday against an unnamed opponent.
