Chris Jericho vs. Tomohiro Ishii ROH title match set for AEW Dynamite

After retaining at Full Gear, Chris Jericho already has his next ROH World Championship defense lined up.
Jericho will defend his ROH World Championship against NJPW’s Tomohiro Ishii on Dynamite this Wednesday (November 23). The match was announced during a backstage segment at Full Gear.
Jericho retained the ROH World title by defeating Claudio Castagnoli, Bryan Danielson, and Sammy Guevara in a four-way match at Full Gear. Later in the night, Orange Cassidy and Danhausen interrupted Jericho and Jake Hager during a backstage interview. Cassidy challenged Jericho to a title match on behalf of Ishii. Jericho accepted the challenge, bringing up that Ishii used to carry his bags and shine his shoes when Ishii was a young boy working for WAR in Japan.
