Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Kingston set for AEW Revolution

Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Kingston is officially on for AEW Revolution.

The two agreed to the match during an intense promo segment on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite in which Jericho questioned whether Kingston can win “the big one” due to his fear of success.

Kingston retorted by saying he wants the Jericho that was the first AEW World Champion, that turned WCW upside down, the one that got the respect of one of Kingston’s heroes Tenryu in WAR and the one that Jericho’s close friend “Levesque” hated.

This will be the first ever singles meeting between the two and is a match that has been building for months, built on Kingston not wanting Jericho’s help when he did several run-ins when Kingston was getting attacked by 2point0 and Daniel Garcia.

Here’s the current card for the Sunday, March 6th pay-per-view from Orlando, Florida:

  • AEW World Champion Hangman Page vs. Adam Cole title match
  • AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa title match
  • AEW Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express vs. reDRagon vs. TBD three-way title match
