Brian Pillman Jr. set for action on AEW Dark
Brian Pillman Jr. will make his AEW return on this week’s episode of Dark.
Pillman Jr., who was spotted in the crowd at night one of Fyter Fest last Wednesday, will face Shawn Spears. This will be his second in-ring appearance for AEW as the first took place at Double or Nothing 2019 in the Casino Battle Royal.
Pillman Jr. is under contract to MLW, but has an agreement that allows him to also work for AEW. Dave Meltzer noted Friday there is no issue from MLW’s side with the appearance.
Additionally, seven other matches were also announced for Dark on Sunday:

- Brandon Cutler & Peter Avalon vs. Dark Order (Stu Grayson & Evil Uno)
- Big Swole vs. Rache Chanel
- Orange Cassidy vs. Will Hobbs
- Frankie Kazarian vs. Luther
- Michael Nakazawa vs. Shawn Dean
- Scorpio Sky vs. Serpentico
The show will be on AEW’s YouTube channel this Tuesday at 7 PM Eastern.
