AEW rankings return for first time since 2022

AEW’s rankings have returned for the first time since August 2022. 

Owner, CEO, GM, and head of creative Tony Khan released the first AEW rankings for 2024 late Wednesday following this week’s Dynamite episode aired. 

Men’s and women’s singles champions are listed, with top-five rankings for the men’s and women’s division as a whole, but not for each individual championship. The Tag Team and Trios champions are also listed, with a dedicated top-five for each title. 

Khan promised the return of the rankings in a January 20 social media post after the company had abandoned the practice after August 31, 2022.

Men’s Champions — 

  • AEW World Champion: Samoa Joe 
  • TNT Champion: Christian Cage
  • AEW International Champion: Orange Cassidy 
  • AEW Continental Crown Champion: Eddie Kingston
