AEW Rampage ratings up from previous week’s record low

Friday’s AEW Rampage averaged 456,000 viewers on TNT, up 7.3 percent from the previous week’s record low for a Rampage episode that aired in the show’s normal time slot. It’s still the second-lowest viewership Rampage has done in its regular time slot so far in 2022.

In the 18-49 demo, Rampage drew a 0.15 rating and finished 18th on the cable charts. That’s up 7.1 percent from the previous week but is the second-lowest number the show has ever done in 18-49 while airing at its usual time.

The show had heavy competition from the various wrestling-related events airing as part of WrestleMania weekend, including ROH Supercard of Honor. There was also an NCAA women’s basketball tournament final four game that aired on ESPN and led all of cable with 3.1 million viewers overall and a 0.63 rating in the 18-49 demo.

Over the last 10 weeks, Rampage has averaged 512,200 viewers and a 0.20 rating in 18-49. This week’s show was down 11 percent in viewers and down 25 percent in 18-49 from the 10-week averages.
