AEW Dynamite ratings increase slightly, Rampage up

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite averaged 703,000 viewers on TBS, up 2.9 percent from last week. It’s the second-lowest audience total the show has done since October 23, 2021.
Dynamite drew a 0.24 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s up 4.4 percent from last week and is the third-highest rating the show has done in that category since March 20.
Last week’s Dynamite aired live on the West Coast, outside of prime time, while this episode aired in its regular time slot across the country. It did have competition from the NBA and NHL playoffs again.
As compared to the same week in 2023, Dynamite’s overall viewership was down 9.4 percent while its 18-49 rating was down 14.3 percent.
AEW Rampage, which immediately followed Dynamite, averaged 431,000 viewers.
That’s up 47.1 percent from last week’s episode that aired on Saturday after Collision. The last time Rampage aired following Dynamite, the show averaged 541,000 viewers on March 20th, so this was down 20.3 percent from that.
Rampage drew a 0.15 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s up 66.7 percent from last week but is down 16.7 percent from the last Wednesday airing.
As compared to the same week in 2023, when the show aired during a Friday afternoon, Rampage’s overall viewership was up 46.6 percent while the 18-49 rating was up 66.7 percent.

As compared to the recent averages, Dynamite was down 9.8 percent in overall viewers and down four percent in 18-49. Rampage was up 21.7 percent in viewers and up 36.4 percent in the demo.
