AEW Dynamite ratings down slightly, ranks first on cable


Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 938,000 viewers on TBS, down 3.9 percent from last week. It’s the second-lowest audience for the show since June 22.
In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite topped the cable charts with a 0.32 rating. That’s down three percent from last week and also matches the show’s lowest rating since June 22.
Dynamite’s ratings were even or down in most demos, but the show had a huge increase with males 12-34. The 0.28 rating Dynamite drew in that category was 40 percent higher than last week and more than double the 0.13 rating the show drew just two weeks ago. The biggest drop was with people over 50, which declined 9.8 percent.
As compared with the same week in 2021, Dynamite was down 14.9 percent in total viewers and down 30.4 percent in 18-49. It’s the fourth straight week the show has been down 20 percent or more in the key demo.
Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and individual demo ratings for Dynamite, as well as the 10-week averages in all categories. This week’s show was up 0.8 percent in total viewers but down 5.9 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
