AEW Dynamite ratings down, falls below 700k viewers

Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 672,000 viewers on TBS, down 5.5 percent from last week. It’s the lowest audience total for a Wednesday airing of the show since June 24, 2020.

Dynamite drew a 0.23 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s down 4.2 percent from last week and ties the lowest rating Dynamite has done in that category on a Wednesday since that same June 24, 2020 episode.

The show went head-to-head with the NBA and NHL playoffs on TNT and ESPN respectively, as it has the last several weeks. No other non-sports cable programming drew higher than a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demo.

As compared to the same week in 2023, Dynamite’s overall viewership was down 17.4 percent while its 18-49 rating was down 17.9 percent. It’s the 26th straight week that Dynamite’s overall viewers have been down year-over-year.
