Earlier today, Kazuchika Okada invited the Best Friends (including Orange Cassidy) to join/re-join his CHAOS stable, of which Romero is also a member.
Bryan Danielson defeated Rocky Romero (w/ Best Friends)
They shook hands to start. An extended technical exchange led to a stalemate until Romero baited Danielson to the floor, frustrating him. Orange taunted Danielson by putting his hands in his pockets, and Romero used the distraction to take out Danielson with a tope suicida. Romero continued to target Danielson’s upper body and shoulder.
Danielson turned it around in the corner and laid in the Yes kicks. He then locked on the Romero special before modifying into a dragon sleeper variation, which Romero fought off by going for a double wristlock. Danielson was sent to the floor again, where Romero hit a jumping hurricanrana. Back in the ring, Romero hit Sliced Bread #2 for two.
They fought up top, where Danielson went for a back superplex, but Romero turned it into a crossbody for two. He immediately applied an armbar upon Danielson’s kickout, but Danielson reversed it with a powerbomb. They traded holds once more, with Romero targeting the arm and Danielson with his sights set on Romero’s leg.
Danielson cradled Romero out of a triangle and crushed him with a buzzsaw kick. He countered Sliced Bread into the repeated armlock stomps before applying an omoplata crab (almost a Tequila Sunrise) for the submission.

Inner Circle & America’s Top Team brawl
The Inner Circle were introduced by Tony Schiavone, but America’s Top Team attacked during “Judas.” Dos Santos laid in a hard body shot on Guevara. They sent Santana into the ring steps. Dos Santos repeatedly hit Jericho with a kendo stick as Arlovski attacked Ortiz with a trash can.
In the ring, Sky and Page set up a table and assisted Lambert in powerbombing Jericho through it. Sky and Page grabbed a mic and said they wouldn’t just win at Full Gear, they’d ensure that Lambert pinned Jericho. Lambert put Jericho in the Walls and screamed “it’s called a Boston crab!”

Tay Conti, Thunder Rosa, & Anna Jay defeated Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, & Rebel
Hayter and Rosa got into it before the bell. Once everyone regrouped, it was Rosa and Baker. Baker quickly fled to tag in Rebel, who was easily taken care of by Rosa. Rebel’s partners interfered, allowing the heels to take control before commercial.
Once back, Conti got the hot tag. She ran wild on her opponents with clotheslines, but was overwhelmed with the numbers advantage. Rosa and Hayter faced off, and then we got a parade of big moves, leading to everyone down. Rosa landed a top-rope crossbody all the way to Hayter on the floor. Rebel was left alone in the ring, where Conti hit the hammerlock DDT for the win.

Jungle Boy defeated Anthony Bowens (w/ Max Caster)
Bowens established a brief advantage, but taunting allowed Jungle Boy to fire up and beat him down. Jungle Boy held the advantage for a long time, playing the hits like the springboard arm drag, until Caster interfered and allowed Bowens to take control leading into the break.
Upon return, Jungle Boy made his comeback with the rebound lariat. Bowens came back with a thrust kick for two. Jungle Boy looked for the Snare Trap, but Caster hopped on the apron. Jungle Boy took Caster out with a dive, but Bowens hit a hangman’s DDT for two. Jungle Boy countered yet again to lock on the Snare Trap, flipping off Caster and forcing Bowens to tap.
– After the match, Bobby Fish ran out and took out Jungle Boy, hitting a pretty nasty exploder suplex into the ropes. Christian Cage and Luchasaurus ran out to make the save.

Lio Rush & Dante Martin defeated Matt Sydal & Lee Moriarty
Rush’s grandmother passed away this week — he dedicated this match to her memory on social media, and he absolutely lived up to that high standard with a phenomenal performance. This was such a fun television tag.
Moriarty and Dante performed a nice choreographed sequence at the start of the match. Their partners tagged in, with a shot from Moriarty allowing Sydal to take Rush down with a kick. Rush came back with a step-up hurricanrana. It broke down into a four-way ahead of the commercial.
Dante hit a springboard dropkick upon return from the break, allowing him to reach Rush, but Moriarty immediately took him down with a big boot and a running uppercut. Rush fought off both opponents, hitting a cyclone kick on Sydal and an enziguiri on Moriarty. He then hit the handspring double elbow and kipped up, landing dives on both opponents.
We got a train wreck spot on the top rope, with Moriarty popping up to the top and taking Dante down with a throw for a near fall. Rush dispatched Sydal and Dante hit the double springboard moonsault on Moriarty for the win.

Miro addressed Bryan Danielson. He asked if Danielson could comprehend his God. Miro needs to win this tournament and put the world championship over his shoulder.

PAC vs. Dax Harwood (w/ Tully Blanchard)
Both performed a technical wrestling exchange, but neither could establish control early on. They traded forearms in the center of the ring. PAC hit a snap German and sent Dax to the floor, landing a Fosbury Flop before the break. That was a bit of a car crash — PAC splatted on the floor and Dax was busted open on his chest.
They were fighting on the top rope upon return from commercial. PAC hit a nasty top-rope brainbuster for two. He then hit a missile dropkick as Tully implored Dax to get back up. Dax rolled out of the way of the Black Arrow and a quick distraction from Tully allowed Dax to hit the sheer drop brainbuster for a good near fall.
PAC climbed the ropes once more, but Dax popped up and hit an avalanche back suplex. He turned PAC inside out with a lariat and then hit a rebound Liger bomb for a near fall. They traded strikes before a backslide allowed PAC to apply the Brutalizer for the submission victory.
– After the match, the lights went out and Cash Wheeler, Malakai Black, and Andrade El Idolo appeared to beat down PAC. The Lucha Bros and Cody Rhodes ran out and everyone brawled.

Kenny Omega vs. Hangman Page contract signing
They sat across from each other at either end of a long table. Page, as the challenger, went to sign first. He said that the sooner he signs the contract, the sooner he gets to Full Gear and beats Omega. “Cowboy sh*t” chant.
Omega said that if it wasn’t for Page’s insecurity and failures, he could have the world championship and the backing of the Elite. Omega saw a bit of himself in Page — how wrong he was. “What a disappointment.”
Page said that Omega’s also had a tag partner that he perhaps didn’t measure up to, referencing Kota Ibushi. When Omega beat Page at Full Gear last year, he told Page “good job, Hanger.” But Omega wasn’t proud of Page, he was scared of him. Page will become that fear when Page wins the world championship this Saturday.
Omega said that wanted to be the guy to see Page reach his potential. He offered to shake Page’s hand, saying “let’s kill it at the pay-per-view.” They shook hands, and Omega said “Good job Hangman, I’m proud of you.”
The cameraman then decked Page with his camera. He unmasked as Don Callis. Page was busted open. Omega smeared Page’s blood all over the contract as the show ended.
