AEW Collision viewership up for anniversary episode

Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision averaged 431,000 viewers on TNT, up 11.1 percent from the previous week. It’s the best audience total for the show since May 18.
Collision drew the same 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demo that it did last week. This ties the third-highest rating the show has done in that category since April 27. In the demo, Collision finished second for the night on cable, beating out a UFC Fight Night broadcast on ESPN2 that ranked fourth with a 0.11 rating.
Game four of the NHL Stanley Cup Final aired head-to-head with Collision and topped all of television with a 0.86 rating in the 18-49 demo on ABC. WWE also had a PLE earlier in the day from Scotland which usually has a negative effect on Collision’s ratings, but it didn’t seem to this week.
This was the one-year anniversary edition of Collision. As compared to the premiere episode (which featured the return of CM Punk), Collision was down 47.2 percent in viewership from one year ago this week and down 60.6 percent in 18-49.
Listed below are the overall viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for the last 11 weeks of Collision, along with the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was down 5.3 percent in overall viewers and down 7.1 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
