AEW Collision to stream live on TSN+ in Canada

AEW has announced that Collision will be available to stream live in Canada.
On Friday, Renee Paquette and RJ City appeared on TSN and revealed that AEW’s new Saturday night show will air on the TSN+ app. However, as is the case with AEW Rampage, it will not air on any of TSN’s traditional television channels.
As we (eloquently) announced to Canada on @JayOnSC, #AEWCollision will be airing live on TSN+ starting June 17. pic.twitter.com/qhdUZzvtFj

While the announcement will be viewed as positive to some, many Canadian fans have expressed frustration at Rampage and now Collision not airing on traditional television in the country.
@WillWashington this isn't the W it's made out to be, this is absolutely brutal to a big wrestling craved country. This is atrocious having only 2 of the 5 hours on tv…..

Television ratings for AEW on TSN have been strong recently. Dynamite was the highest rated wrestling show in Canada this week in the key demographic (which is 25-54 in the country). The show garnered 136,700 total viewers this week with 92,400 in the key demographic. SmackDown, which did big ratings in the United States, brought in 129,500 total viewers and 62,400 in 25-54. Raw averaged 200,600 viewers and 91,000 in the key demographic.
While AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II in Toronto has just under 13,000 tickets distributed, sales for episodes of Collision in Canada have not been selling as well. The 6/24 episode from Toronto is at 1,812 tickets out, the 6/29 episode (which will not air live) in Hamilton is only at 700 tickets out. A show in Regina on 7/8 is at 1,346 and the finals of the Owen Hart Cup tournament in Calgary on 7/15 has 3,425 tickets out.
