AEW Collision ratings up, tops 500k viewers


Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision averaged 504,000 viewers on TNT, up 42.8 percent from the previous week. After two straight weeks of going against WWE premium live events, this is Collision’s best audience total since September 23.
Collision drew a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s up 55.6 percent from last week and is also the show’s highest number since September 23. It’s the lowest rating the show has done on any week without WWE competition airing on the same day, although the overall audience is the ninth highest out of the 18 episodes that have aired so far.
Collision was headlined by a TNT Championship match between Christian Cage and Bryan Danielson. The main competition was a big college football game on NBC with Notre Dame vs. USC that averaged 6.4 million viewers and drew a 1.53 rating in 18-49. Games on CBS, ESPN, Fox, and ABC also aired head-to-head, averaging nearly 10 million viewers between them.
