AEW Collision ratings drop against WWE Royal Rumble

Saturday night’s AEW Collision episode averaged 197,000 viewers on TNT, down 21.2 percent from the previous week. It’s the lowest audience total for the show since November 30 and is the lowest the show has ever done in its normal 8 p.m. Eastern time slot on TNT. There were three previous episodes that moved either time or date that had smaller audiences.

Collision drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demo, down 66.7 percent from last week. It’s the second-lowest rating in the show’s history and the lowest ever in its regular Saturday time slot. It should be noted that neither the overall viewership or 18-49 rating for this Collision includes viewers who watched on Max.

The show went head-to-head with the WWE Royal Rumble on Peacock, which has always had a negative effect on Collision’s ratings.

As compared to the same week in 2024, when Collision did not have WWE as direct competition, the show was down 51.2 percent in overall viewers and 66.7 percent in 18-49.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was down 39.7 percent in overall viewers and 60 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
