AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts ratings down

Saturday night’s AEW Collision episode averaged 382,000 viewers on TNT, down 19.1 percent from the previous week. It’s the second-highest audience total the show has done since June 29.
Collision drew a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s down 20 percent from last week and is the lowest number for the show since July 6.
Battle of the Belts XI aired on TNT immediately after Collision, averaging 308,000 viewers. That’s down 27 percent from the last Battle of the Belts special and is the lowest viewership total in the history of the show. It drew a 0.09 rating in the 18-49 demo, which ties the lowest rating in Battle of the Belts history.
Collision/Battle of the Belts went head-to-head with NBC’s Olympic coverage as well as the UFC 304 prelims and the start of the UFC 304 PPV broadcast.
As compared to the same week in 2023, the overall viewership for Collision was down 48.3 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 55.6 percent. Battle of the Belts (which aired two weeks earlier last year) was down 41.2 percent in overall viewers and down 40 percent in 18-49 as compared to the 2023 edition.
