AEW announces four new Collision matches

A total of five matches are now official for the Thursday, July 31 AEW Collision episode.

Four new bouts for Thursday’s episode were announced during Wednesday night’s Dynamite show.

In the Tag Team title eliminator tournament, the Brodido team of Brody King and Bandido will face Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona in a quarterfinals matchup. The winner advances to face The Young Bucks in the semifinals.

On the other side of the bracket, FTR’s Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler will face The Bang Bang Gang’s Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn in a semifinals bout on Thursday’s show. The eventual title eliminator tournament winner will challenge The Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin for the AEW Tag Team Championship at Forbidden Door on August 24.

Willow Nightingale vs. “The Toxic Spider” Thekla, plus Kris Statlander in action were also added to Thursday’s Collision lineup.

Already announced, Dustin Rhodes will defend the TNT Championship against Kyle Fletcher in a Chicago street fight.
