AEW & ROH vs. CMLL show announced for Arena Mexico

A special AEW and ROH vs. CMLL card has been announced for Arena Mexico.

CMLL revealed Wednesday night that a CMLL vs. AEW and Ring of Honor card will be held on Tuesday, June 17 at Arena Mexico. The announcement comes on the heels of AEW announcing its first-ever event in the country, Grand Slam Mexico set for Wednesday, June 18.

In addition to the CMLL vs. AEW and ROH show, CMLL also announced Wednesday that AEW wrestlers will take part in CMLL Fantastica Mania on Friday, June 20 at the same building.

The Fantastica Mania card will feature wrestlers from CMLL, AEW, ROH, NJPW, NJPW Strong, and RevPro. The show on June 20 will include NJPW’s Shingo Takagi making his Arena Mexico debut in a trios match, teaming with Hiromu Takahashi and Titan against Templario, TJP, and Francesco Akira.

No matches have been officially announced for the CMLL vs. AEW and ROH show or Grand Slam Mexico to this point. Advertising for Grand Slam Mexico includes Kenny Omega, Mistico, Will Ospreay, Hologram, Mascara Dorada, and Komander.
