WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Card: May 24th 2025

WWE SNME Card May 24 2025

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event returns for its 39th outing on Saturday, 24 May 2025, headlining the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. This primetime special will be airing live on NBC in the United States. The evening will feature at least two blockbuster matches: Jey Uso defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Logan Paul and a high-stakes tag team bout pitting CM Punk & Sami Zayn versus Seth Rollins & Bron Breakker.

Confirmed Matches so far

World Heavyweight Championship: Jey Uso (c) vs Logan Paul

World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso makes his second title defence since claiming the gold from Gunther at WrestleMania 41. His challenger, social-media star turned WWE Superstar Logan Paul, has spent weeks taunting Uso on both Raw and SmackDown, insisting he is the future of the company.

A victory for Paul would mark WWE’s first male world champion from the (unofficial) “influencer era,” while a successful defence would cement Uso’s early reign.

Tag Team Showdown: CM Punk & Sami Zayn vs Seth Rollins & Bron Breakker

CM Punk and Sami Zayn join forces to challenge the alliance of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker, with Paul Heyman at ringside. The betrayal by Heyman at WrestleMania on Punk and Roman Reigns has set the stage for this grudge match, with Zayn stepping in to even the odds.

Not Confirmed but expected

Undisputed WWE Championship: John Cena (c) vs R-Truth

As of writing, a match between WWE Champion John Cena and R-Truth is not confirmed for SNME. After defending his belt against Randy Orton at Backlash, Cena attacked Truth during the post show Press Conference. There is a lot of want from some of the WWE fanbase for this one to take place during Cena’s farewell tour, so SMNE would make sense.
