WWE Hall of Fame 2025 Inductees: Triple H, Michelle McCool and more

WWE Hall of Fame 2025 Tickets Natural Disasters

The WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025 is set to honor a distinguished group of wrestling legends, celebrating their remarkable contributions to the industry. This year’s inductees include Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger, The Natural Disasters, and the iconic WrestleMania 13 match between Bret “The Hitman” Hart and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. Additionally, the Legacy Wing will posthumously honor Kamala, Dory Funk Sr., and Ivan Koloff. The ceremony is scheduled for April 18, 2025, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, preceding WrestleMania 41.

Here is everything you need to know about the currently confirmed inductees:

Paul “Triple H” Levesque

Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, will be inducted for his individual achievements, marking his second Hall of Fame honor following his 2019 induction with D-Generation X. Triple H is a nine-time WWF/WWE Champion, five-time World Heavyweight Champion, and two-time Royal Rumble winner (2002 and 2016).

Michelle McCool

Michelle McCool’s induction recognizes her significant impact on women’s wrestling in WWE. Debuting in 2004, McCool became the inaugural Divas Champion in 2008 and later unified it with the Women’s Championship in 2009. Her partnership with Layla as “LayCool” dominated the women’s division in that era, and she is set to join her husband The Undertaker in the HOF.

Lex Luger

Lex Luger’s wrestling career is celebrated with his induction. A two-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and co-winner of the 1994 Royal Rumble, Luger’s presence in both WWE and WCW has been influential. His accolades include being a five-time and longest-reigning NWA/WCW United States Heavyweight Champion.

The Natural Disasters

The tag team of Earthquake (John Tenta) and Typhoon (Fred Ottman), known as The Natural Disasters, will be honored for their dominance in the early 1990s. Weighing nearly 900 pounds combined, they captured the WWF Tag Team Championship and had memorable feuds with teams like Money Inc. and The Legion of Doom.

WrestleMania 13 Match

For the first time, a match will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The No Disqualification Submission match between Bret Hart and Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13 is celebrated for its storytelling and the iconic double-turn, where Hart became a villain and Austin a hero. This bout is credited with propelling WWE into the Attitude Era.

Legacy Inductees: Honoring Pioneers

The Legacy Wing will posthumously honor:

  • Kamala: Known as “The Ugandan Giant,” Kamala was a memorable character who faced legends like Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker.
  • Dory Funk Sr.: A skilled wrestler and promoter, Funk Sr. was instrumental in developing wrestling talent through his Western States Sports organization.
  • Ivan Koloff: Dubbed “The Russian Bear,” Koloff is infamous for ending Bruno Sammartino’s seven-year WWE Championship reign in 1971.
